Dear church family,

I want to call all of our church family together this Sunday for a Solemn Assembly. A Solemn Assembly is where the people of God are called to assemble together for a sacred gathering to call on God to intercede in matters that are beyond us. Quite frankly, there are so many things going on around us in this hour that we can’t fix but God can. The most relied upon bible verse used for a nation in crises comes from 1 Chronicle 7:14 which reads that… "If my people, who are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land."

This Sunday I am calling our church to gather for one service at 10:30am. Bible Connection Classes will still meet at 9:15, but our general assembly will be one service at 10:30 for the purpose of worship and prayer

We will still have Spanish service at 5:30pm.

Please help by passing the word around to those you know, and come Sunday with humble hearts to intercede for a nation that desperately needs to make a turn back to the heart of God.

Come join us this Sunday, on the eve of such a serious spiritual moment for our nation. Let’s intercede with worship and prayer.
